Planning refers to actions carried out for plans and projects of different kinds. The planning process is a set of steps that are initially, and those doing the planning make use of different expressions and tools available to the planning. Planning executes plans from conception, and if it is the case it is responsible for the operation at different levels and amplitudes of planning. Job scheduling performs actions based on the planning of each project. Initially conceived the plan to be carried out subsequently. Planning is the party that operates the direct implementation of the plans to be carried out and monitored in accordance with the approach outlined in the planning process. An additional purpose of planning is to coordinate efforts and resources within organizations. It has been said that planning is like a locomotive that pulls the train of the activities of the organization, management and control.
